Photography, video, typography, colour and editorial content are planned according to their role in the purchase decision.

Transitions, micro-interactions and product-led animation are implemented without slowing purchase tasks or compromising accessibility. Add-to-basket, variant, inventory, error and success states provide clear feedback. Creative expression is considered alongside readability, mobile use, speed and purchase journeys.

The data structure and user permissions required for products, inventory, pricing, orders, customers, campaigns and content are defined at the outset. Administration access and the way product and order operations are handled are agreed by team role. Where migration is required, source files, mapping rules and validation responsibilities are scoped separately.

For payment, shipping, e-invoicing, ERP, CRM, marketplace or another service, API coverage, data ownership, failure scenarios, licences and transaction fees are reviewed. Each provider's contracts, approval process, quotas and technical limits remain separate dependencies. The proposal names each integration, its data direction and its failed-transaction behaviour.

The test plan covers devices, category and search behaviour, basket and checkout scenarios, campaign rules, notifications, integrations and failed transactions. Performance, accessibility and analytics events are reviewed before launch. Responsibilities for security, personal data, distance-selling information, returns and payment-provider requirements are agreed explicitly.

After launch, defect tracking, technical maintenance, content and campaign support, analytics review and new features are managed through a separate development plan. Cost and timing depend on product volume, business rules, migration, integrations, content production, testing and support. No specific sales, traffic or conversion result is guaranteed.
