The engagement begins with the problem the product solves, its target users, usage context, business objectives and the assumptions the first release must validate. User flows, information architecture and clickable prototypes make the core experience visible before development begins. Essential first-release functions are separated from features that do not yet support the product's primary value.

The Art Director and UX/UI team combine the character of the brand with established mobile behaviours. Typography, colour, motion, micro-interactions, feedback and system states are handled through a consistent design system. Animation supports guidance and understanding as well as visual expression, while accessibility and platform conventions inform the design decisions.

We develop hybrid mobile applications with React Native, managing the iOS and Android releases through shared product logic and a reusable component structure. This creates a consistent product experience and a maintainable development process across both platforms. Platform-specific navigation, permissions, device capabilities and store requirements are still handled explicitly.

Approved designs and flows are implemented through reusable components and clear business rules. Offline use, background activity, notifications, localisation or tablet support are scoped at the outset when required. Any platform-specific module required outside the standard React Native layer, together with supported operating-system versions, is stated clearly in the proposal and test plan.

When a project requires user accounts, content, orders, memberships, reporting or an administration panel, the mobile application is planned together with its backend, data model and permissions. For payment, CRM, ERP, mapping, email, SMS or other integrations, data ownership, security, failure scenarios and service limits are reviewed.

Camera, location, biometric authentication, files, calendars, Bluetooth or push notifications are used when they add value to the user journey. Third-party licences, quotas, access and version changes remain separate dependencies. Sensitive data and permission requirements are defined at the beginning of the project with current app-store policies in mind.

The test plan covers core user journeys, roles and devices, network interruptions, integrations, permissions and failure states. Application copy, visuals, privacy information and technical packages are prepared for the App Store and Google Play. Review and approval decisions belong to the platforms, so the release schedule must account for this external process.

Cost and timing depend less on the number of screens than on product scope, roles, backend requirements, integrations, device capabilities, migration, testing and support. Operating-system updates, defect resolution, monitoring and new features are managed through a separate post-launch plan. No specific number of downloads, store approval or commercial result is guaranteed.
